Refund policy
Delivering quality products to our customers is one of top goals here at Kairos Timepieces. However, we understand that situations occur, that can prevent some of customers from remaining 100% satisfied. Currently we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange all timepieces.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date (including weekends) for EXCHANGE ONLY.
SALE ITEMS are not eligible for returns.
To begin the return process, please email your order number to returns@kairostp.com.
In order to consider your return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. This includes packaging, tags, no damages, or any sign of usage. If any returns display any of the previously stated signs during the inspection process, your return will be considered null and void. If your return is validated, please allow 5-7 business days for Kairos Timepieces to reach out to discuss which timepiece you would like to exchange for and for that item be shipped.
Customers will be responsible for retuned shipping charges. Before returning an item, be sure to contact us at returns@kairostp.com with your order number. Once you have shipped to returned item, please send the tracking information to returns@kairostp.com.
